Privacy policy
We collect only what is needed to make, deliver, and account for your order.
What we collect
- Order details: your email address, delivery name, address, and phone number, the products you order, and the personalization text and options you enter.
- Optional business details: a GSTIN and legal name if you ask for a business invoice.
- Payment confirmation: Razorpay processes your payment under PCI DSS and sends us only the payment status and identifiers. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
- Account activity: sign-in links you request and the sessions they create. There are no passwords.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and our products are not directed at them.
How we use it and on what basis
To produce and ship your order, to send order, sign-in, and tracking emails, to issue tax invoices, to handle cancellations and replacement claims, and to meet accounting and tax obligations. You provide this data voluntarily for these stated purposes when you order, which is the basis on which we process it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to fulfil your order: Razorpay for payment, our courier partner for delivery (name, address, phone), and Amazon Web Services for sending email. Each receives only what its role requires. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
Cookies
We set only essential cookies: one that remembers your cart, one that lets you resume an interrupted payment, and one that keeps you signed in after you use a sign-in link. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention
Order, invoice, and payment records are kept for six years (72 months) after the due date of the annual GST return for that financial year, as GST law requires. Carts, unused sign-in links, and expired sessions are removed automatically. Personal data that is no longer needed for a stated purpose or a legal obligation is erased.
Your rights and choices
After signing in with the email used at checkout you can download a copy of your account data, correct saved addresses, or delete your account from your account. Deleting your account removes saved addresses and sign-in state; legally retained order records are kept but no longer linked to an account. You may withdraw consent for anything not needed to complete an order you have already placed. For access, correction, or erasure requests that the account page does not cover, or to raise a grievance, contact us below; you also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
The grievance officer's name, email, and phone number will be published here before ordering opens. Until then, use the support channels on the contact page.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay, sign-in uses one-time links rather than passwords, and access to order data is limited to verified sessions and a private local administration process. If a breach affecting your data occurs we notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
